The president of the Democratic Party in California asks voters to "stay in line to vote"

Bernie Sanders campaign asks federal court to allow Angels to vote until 10 p.m.

The electoral campaign of Bernie Sanders has requested before a federal court that the centers of Los Angeles County vote remain open for voters who are lined up before 10 p.m.

California County voters have had to face long waits due to the large number of people and problems with voting machines. Some people have even been standing in line for hours.

Rusty Hicks, the president of the Democratic Party in California, insistently asked all those people who stay “in line to vote”, although the polls had closed at 8 p.m. local time. At that same time Associated Press declared to Sanders winner of the Democratic primary in California.

“Our priority is ensure that all voters who arrived before or just at the close of the polling stations have the opportunity to express their opinion”Said Dean C. Logan on Twitter, in charge of the Los Angeles County Elections office.
