A man of Hispanic descent was mortally stabbed while having breakfast at a restaurant in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 1.

The incident occurred in Margarita’s Place at 8:35 a.m. The two subjects ate at the bar when, suddenly, they began to argue.

Bernardo Vergara, restaurant manager, told NBC 4 that he asked the men to leave. It was there when one of them took out a knife, and stabbed the other subject.

The victim would be about 40 years old. Your identity will be revealed when family members are notified. The man died in the hospital where he was transferred.

A surveillance camera of the transport company Las Vegas Shuttles Corporation recorded the moment the suspect left the scene.

“I saw him walking, as if nothing had happened,” said Rafael Corrales, business owner.

The suspect is believed to be homeless. Vergara said he had seen it before.
