Two men who refused to wear masks started the fight inside the scene, but the Police Department detained the subjects and both face criminal charges.

The division of Van Nuys of the Los Angeles Police Department published today the video that shows the exact moment of a fight inside a Target chain store in Van Nuys, California.

According to the statement of LAPD, two subjects would have entered the store located on Sepulveda Boulevard on the morning of May 1 without wearing a mask. The establishment's employees told the two men that they had to cover their faces or they would be evicted.

The two subjects they refused to do so and when they were being escorted towards the exit, one of the men turned and hit one of the workers, sparking a fight between them. Other clients of the establishment interceded to separate them.

In the altercation a security guard suffered a broken arm. He was attended on site by the Los Angeles County Fire Department, as reported by the Police.

The two subjects they left the scene, however they would be arrested hours later The same day.
