If you love hip-hop – or just music – and New York, this is the gift for you. This podcast, produced by the singer and composer Hippocampe Fou, French, installed – for a few more weeks – in Brooklyn, goes to meet by Siba Giba, Franco-American artist, drummer, rapper, producer and historian of hip-hop.

Siba lived key moments in the history of hip-hop in New York and Paris. Back on his atypical journey then stroll through the streets of Brooklyn in the footsteps of Biggie Smalls (The Notorious B.I.G.) and Ol ’Dirty Bastard.

These 40 minutes of podcast are a dive into the history of rap and New York but also a conversation between two lovers of the genre, and two practitioners. Crazy Seahorse has decided to launch a series of podcasts, which he calls "The Dowser Apprentice". This first episode is number zero, shared with you in preview.

After listening to the podcast, come find Hippocampe Fou: after a little more than two years in Brooklyn with your family, he will soon return to France and celebrate his departure with a “family” concert Saturday February 8 in Brooklyn in Littlefield (at 4 pm).
