Polo and petanque for Bastille Day in Houston

Polo, petanque and wine are on the agenda for the 14th of July celebrations in Houston.

The Bastille Day of the French Consulate will be held this year at the Houston Polo Club on July 13th. Participants will be able to attend a polo game, play petanque and dance at the traditional ball scheduled for the evening. The polo club is usually reserved for polo players and their families.

Food trucks will be on site and a glass of wine is included in the entrance ticket, but the Consulate of France encourages participants to bring their own bottles to the event (only wine and beer are allowed at the Polo Club). The French Consul Alexis Andres will deliver a speech.
