Gilles Epié takes the lead of the Montage Beverly Hills stoves

At Montage Beverly Hills, the summer was marked by French cuisine with the pop-up restaurant "Summer of Ludo & Gilles", led by the chefs Ludo Lefebvre and Gilles Epié. In the same spirit as the summer pop-up, the youngest French starred chef proposes "Seasonal cuisine, with classic dishes of French gastronomy". On the menu, you will find onion soup, niçoise salad, filet mignon with pepper or sole meunière. After having "Improved menu quality", Gilles Epié announces that the decor of the Beverly Hills restaurant will be renewed in a few weeks.

The concept should be duplicated in other restaurants of the group. "A dozen openings are announced in the coming years, it's a big challenge ahead", rejoices the chef from Nantes who directed the kitchen of L'Orangerie, one of the most prestigious restaurants in Los Angeles a few years ago. After a detour through Juvia in Miami Beach, he will cook for a celebrity clientele at this renowned Beverly Hills establishment.
