Like so many other events, the WIN Forum almost fell victim to the coronavirus. Doubly even: the linchpin of this conference dedicated to diversity and inclusion in the company, Catherine Barba fell ill with Covid19. “I almost canceled everything, says the entrepreneur, and then when I recovered, I had an emergency to do, to explore. I decided to leave! ”.

Initially planned for September in Paris this year, the WIN Forum will therefore finally take place in June – from June 1 to 5 – online. “We reviewed the format, says Catherine Barba, by organizing two or three mid-day NY time conferences each day of the week, with a common theme: “Now is the time to change”.

On the program, 12 conferences and 30 speakers who will come to think about tomorrow and the role of diversity and innovation. Registration is free, but the organizers offer registrants to donate $ 20 to participate in a raffle to “win” thirty minutes of one-on-one mentoring with 50 entrepreneurs, investors, role models from all sectors and around the world. “We approached 50 women with this idea and they all immediately accepted!” rejoices Catherine Barba.
