After a shooting was reported between police and a suspect on Wednesday morning, more details about the incident come to light.
A man wanted for murder and robbery has been killed during a shooting which involved an officer in Sherman Oaks.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that the suspect, who has only been identified as a 22-year-old man, He was released this morning after resisting arrest.

According to the police department, the suspect killed Antonio Rodríguez, 52, in broad daylight, in an apartment on Burbank Bulevard and Vesper Avenue. Police say Rodriguez was a maintenance worker and it is believed that The suspect tried to steal it.
Tuesday around 11 p.m. the suspect stole a liquor store on Kester Avenue and Burbank Bulevard, just a few blocks from where you live.
The store employee said that the suspect pointed a gun and threatened to shoot him. The suspect fled the scene, only taking bottles of liquor and wine.
Moments later, a woman called 911 saying she was confronted by a man who matched the description of the police and He threatened her with a knife.
Using surveillance images, The police confirmed that this suspect was related to the murder of Antonio Rodríguez.
Once the police identified him, they surrounded the building on Kester Avenue while they waited for a court order to enter. But around 10:20 a.m. On Wednesday, the suspect left the building armed with a gun and confronted the officers.
The suspect, shirtless and with a backpack, came out. Officers took quick action shooting the man. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the three crimes occurred within an approximate radius of three to four blocks.
