Since Monday April 6, a specific certificate is now required to enter French territory.

Nationals of a country of the European Union (and similar):

– Freight carriers, including sailors
-Crews and personnel operating passenger and cargo flights, or traveling as passengers to position themselves on their departure base
-Personnel of diplomatic and consular missions, as well as international organizations with their headquarters or an office in France, holders of a special residence permit or a D promae visa
– Frontier workers at internal land borders.
Nationals of a third country:
– Holders of a valid French or European residence permit or long-stay visa, as well as their spouses and children
-People in transit to reach their country of origin, presenting the travel document to their country of origin and staying in the international zone without entering the national territory
-Health professionals to fight Covid 19
– Freight carriers, including sailors
-Crews and personnel operating passenger and cargo flights, or traveling as passengers to position themselves on their departure base
-Staff of diplomatic and consular missions, as well as international organizations having their headquarters or an office in France, holders of a special residence permit or a D promae visa
– Frontier workers at internal land borders.
Documents proving the status of the person are also required. Sanitary control may be imposed on people traveling to French overseas communities, which may give rise to quarantine at home or in a dedicated structure.
