The businesses were located at 8136 Rosecrans Avenue, Paramount and 7901 Somerset Boulevard, Unit C, Paramount.

The owner of these businesses, Randy headley, recruited and hired young women between the ages of 17 and 25 to handle T-shirt merchandise and customer service.

The District Attorney’s Office along with detectives from the Office of Special Victims have recently discovered several additional victims of violent sexual assault involving Headley.

Headley was charged with additional charges of Aggravated sexual assault of a minor under 14, assault with intent to commit rape, multiple counts of sexual penetration by use of force, and multiple counts of sexual assaultl, on August 31.
