Francophone theater lovers will be delighted. The opportunity to watch a comedy, in French, in Miami is too rare to be missed. Constituted for the occasion, the small troop of professional actors, all French from Miami, will perform "The Pool War" by Yves Navarre.

The tragicomic play is located in a large shopping center, where two women work, Fan (played by Celia Gruss) and Cat (Bénédicte Blanc-Fontenille). They are live models in a garden and pool store. Under an artificial neon sun, they should all day long give the illusion of perfect happiness in the sun by the edge of a swimming pool in which evolves, in silence, but all muscles apart the beautiful Bob (Duke Long Dinh). To pass the time, Cat and Fan invent stories, imitate characters, tell each other, love each other, confront each other under the gaze of passers-by who are more or less voyeurs. The true / false duality punctuates the play to the end, even at the time of the final drama.
