Marvel at the miniature trains passing through an enchanting exhibit of over 175 famous New York landmarks. January 6 – Three Kings Day Parade
El Museo del Barrio has been organizing the parade of Magi the day of the Epiphany in other words Three kings day. The walk takes place at Harlem and starts on 106th Street and Lexington Avenue and ends on 115th Street and Park Avenue. Everyone is invited to participate in procession where mingle costume, puppets, camels and sheep.
January 8-18 – Winter Jazzfest
The Winter Jazzfest is a committed event for music lovers. Jazz evenings, conferences, tribute to artists, discovery of new talents, the festival presents more than 600 musicians on 12 stages.
January 15-28 – NY Jewish Film Festival
The 29th edition of NY Jewish Film Festival features innovative, provocative and artistic films on the theme of Jewish identity around the world. Selected films in many countries, some films are shown for the first time in the United States, such as Aulcie by Dani Menkin, film which will open the festival on January 16.
