When one closes, another opens. After shutting down two bakeries in Washington DC in mid-August, Kayser House opened a new address in Hudson Yards in August. He joins a string of French businesses in this new district of western Manhattan.

Located at 55 Hudson Yards, between 34th and 35th Street, right next to Line 7 Station, the new space is comprised of a bakery, a coffee counter, a seating area, a terrace and will offer food to take away.

This is the 17th address of Maison Kayser, which opened its first bakery in 2012 after a decade of success in France and abroad. Double winner of the French Morning's best baguette contest (2016 and 2019), the brand offers pastries, sandwiches, salads and ice cream in addition to coffee, tea and juice. Traditional French dishes – and a brunch service on weekends – are served in the dining room.
