The Road to Health Program is currently enrolling members in 35 designated counties in California. With the help of participating clinics, this program has been able to offer free and low-cost preventive medical coverage with only $ 5 for prescriptions to low-income undocumented adults. Benefits, Eligibility and Requirements
The Road to Health benefits program provides free preventive care coverage for low-income adults who only qualify for Medi-Cal emergency services. The benefits of our program include:
– Office visits
– Minor medical procedures
– Preventive exams
– Routine laboratory tests
– Vaccines for adults
– Prescription drugs with a $ 5 copayment per prescription
Most importantly, the Road to Health program can give you and your family the peace of mind of knowing that you have access to important health care services.
We are currently enrolling up to 25,000 undocumented residents in participating health centers in 35 designated counties in California that are:
– Adults
– You are already enrolled in the Medi-Cal emergency restricted scope program but lack coverage for preventive health services and routine prescription drugs
