Discussion with Rémy Rioux, Head of the French Development Agency, Albertine

Rémy Rioux, director general of the French Development Agency (AFD), will hold a conversation open to the public at Albertine on Tuesday 24 September. His last book, reconciliations, was released this summer by Editions Débats Publics.

In his book, he writes about the main challenges of the time, from economic inequalities to climate change. It addresses the political objectives of sustainable development and explains in particular the mission of the AFD, the public bank that finances the action of the State for the development of foreign countries.

The discussion will be moderated by Andrew Revkin, an American journalist specializing in science and the environment, author and professor emeritus.
