A conference in Dallas on the secrets of food in the US

If you're still lost in US supermarkets, Estelle Tracy explains everything you need to know at a conference at Dallas International School on September 6th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, at the invitation of Dallas Home.

From the difference between the French and American ingredients to the organic label through the lunch box, the author of the "Food Survival Guide in the United States" will lead a discussion around food. At the end of the conference, a tasting of French chocolates "Le Petit Carré de Chocolat" will be proposed as well as a dedication session of the new edition of the guide of the French of Philadelphia. The conference will be in French and English. Registration is free but required.
