Of French origin and former partner of KPMG France, Valérie directs the US-France Corridor for KPMG US. The Corridor is dedicated to French companies located in the United States and functions as a collaborative platform between KPMG US and France to provide transparent and personalized service to our cross-border customers.

Valérie is a partner in the Department of Professional Practice of KPMG US, with over 20 years of audit and consulting experience in the United States, France and the United Kingdom. She supports clients and teams on technical and practical issues in the application of IFRS and US GAAP.

Valérie is also on the board of the Sustainability Advisory Council of KPMG US and partner in charge of the Living Green network for the office of KPMG New York.

Patrick Seroin Joly, lawyer, is the partner responsible for the KPMG Avocats International Business Taxation line in Paris.
