The group L'Imperatrice arrives in New York, DC and Boston

After a concert in Los Angeles in 2019 and just before their participation in Coachella in April, L’Impératrice arrives at the East Coast in late March. The pop-disco group, founded by Charles de Boisseguin, will play their first album “Matahari” (released in March 2018) during their visit to New York (March 25), Washington DC (March 27) and Boston (the March 28).

For the reissue of their album, L’Impératrice invited great artists such as Yuksek, Joe Goddard from Hot Chip, Onra, Red Axes and Lomepal to work on their hits. Three songs were thus translated into English during their world tour.

In addition to Flore Benguigui on vocals, the group is made up exclusively of musicians, including Charles de Boisseguin who plays on his computer, Hagni Kwon on keyboard, David Gaugué on bass guitar, Tom Daveau on drums and David Trocellier on electric guitar . They made themselves known thanks to their song “Vanille Fraise” in 2016, collecting more than 7 million views on Youtube.
