The website states that the availability of evidence in The Angels is limited at the moment and who are working to expand service availability for all angelenos who need it as fast as possible.

"The COVID-19 tests provided by @LACity are available today. At the moment we are offering testing for high-risk Angelenos. Help us spread the word to reach as many people in need as possible and take the tests …Mayor Garcetti said in a tweet.

For now the tests of the city are strictly limited for people with symptoms over 65, the people with symptoms who have serious medical conditions, the people who are required to be quarantined for 14 days for having been in contact with a person infected with COVID-19 (and have more than seven pending days of quarantine).

People must fill out an online form to find out if they are eligible for the test provided by the mayor.
