Laurent Uberti, CEO of Sitel Group, world leader in call centers, has overseen the transition to telecommuting for more than 50% of its 100,000 employees worldwide. A “paradigm shift” which was accompanied, to everyone’s surprise, by a marked increase in productivity.
Christelle Rohaut, our second guest, saw the interest in her start-up Codi explode. And for good reason: it offers an application that allows “remote co-working”, in other words work outside the company, but without remaining locked up at home. “The crisis has made it possible to make a leap forward of 5 or 10 years in the development of“ remote working ”, she said.
