Manhattan Beach issues 129 fines over the weekend for failing to comply with social distancing

The city authorities of Manhattan Beach emitted 129 citations and closed four buildings during the weekend for breach of the rules of the social distancing.

In a press release issued by the mayor, Richard Monrgomery, it is reported that those who fail to comply with the measure can receive fines of up to $ 1,000. "It is essential that we continue to remind the community, with the strictest measures, that social distancing must be met."The statement states.

In the city of Manhattan Beach there is a total of 51 confirmed cases of coronavirus until noon on Tuesday.
