A team of Area Force health specialists made up of nurses and doctors came to the county to provide hospital support

Army medical personnel have been sent to two hospitals in The Angels to provide support amid increasing demand in health centers due to the coronavirus pandemic.

From this Monday on team of health specialists made up of doctors and nurses support will be provided in the hospital Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center and at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

Currently there 2,033 people hospitalized Due to COVID-19 in LA County hospitals, at least 30% of them would be in intensive care. The support team is expected to be at the Los Angeles facility for at least 30 days.

Recently staff of the Area Force he was also sent to Riverside County where there were not enough staff to operate the care center Eisenhower Health at Rancho Mirage.
