Los Angeles police issued an Amber Alert for a missing Latino child and woman in the Los Angeles area

On Friday afternoon, a Amber Alert after what a 4-year-old boy and a woman disappeared from Los Angeles, police said.

The child, Reynaldo González, Y Christina Gonzalez, 35, were last seen around 7:30 a.m. Friday at Lincoln Heights, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The authorities did not say if the two are related.

It is also unknown if there is more information about a suspect, authorities said.

The couple was traveling in a Toyota 4Runner silver with California license plate No. 7VGY615, said LAPD.

Around 4:50 p.m., a silver Toyota SUV was seen that matched the description of the vehicle in the Grapevine, just south of Gorman, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) incident record.
