The iconic donut shop of Westwood, Stan’s Donuts, closed its doors after 55 years of service.

In a statement published on its website Stan Berman, the owner of the popular place, explained the reasons for the decision.

"With great sadness I inform you that I have decided to close the doors and today will be the last day that I will be making donutsStan says in the statement.

The reason is directly linked to the pandemic and the crisis that runs through the entire city of The Angels by the coronavirus. "Unfortunately, COVID-19 has made this decision come sooner than expected."Added the statement.

Stan appreciated the trust of his clients for so many years. "Your support and friendship has meant much more than you think”, Sentenced.
