Four young talents of classical music in concert at the Consulate

They are young, they are talented and they are to be discovered on February 12 at the French Consulate in New York.

Organized by the Entraide Française de New York, the concert brings together four young talents for a program composed of works by Haydn, Tchaikovsky, Poulenc, Bloch. On the violin Virgil Boutellis-Taft is a regular at Entraide concerts. He plays regularly with the biggest European and American orchestras and this month releases a new CD recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of London.

On the piano, Rieko Tsuchida, is still a very young virtuoso, but she has been playing on the biggest stages in the world for over ten years. She made her debut at Carnegie Hall in 2009 at the age of 14. Born in Japan, she was trained at the San Francisco Conservatory.

A young graduate from the Paris Conservatory, pianist Elsa Bonnet performs regularly solo across Europe. Adam Leites, also French, in oboe, complete with quartet of young talents.

The Entraide Française is an association which helps French and Franco-American people in distress.
